Stacey is a 6th generation Tasmanian and was born and raised in Devonport. She is running for re-election as Deputy Mayor of Devonport, and Councillor.

​Stacey has a background in property with her main area of interest being in master planning and creating urban spaces that people can enjoy. Stacey has been running the family business One Agency Collins Real Estate for the last 16 years after returning from Sydney in 2008. 

She lives in Devonport with her teenage son, a labrador Luke and a beagle Louis.
